JC Riccoboni, Founder & Principal Designer
Formerly Ricco Style Interior Design, we are now Journey Home Interiors, honoring the firm's growth and broadening scope in envisioning and crafting California casual interiors in the Carmel/Pebble Beach area. Our work focuses on custom home builds, remodels, and room re-designs for clients who desire an integrated and enjoyable experience, and value a detailed and thoughtful design approach. Each project presents us with a unique design opportunity to reflect the interests and personality of our clients and create meaningful, elevated, beautiful spaces. Our extensive experience provides us with the technical skills to meet each project’s demands, while our boundless passion for the ever-evolving field of design keeps us at the forefront style. Treasure-hunting at vintage shops and sourcing one-of-a-kind items allow us to craft distinctive and unique spaces while treading lightly on the environment. We endeavor to use natural, locally made, vintage and environmentally conscious materials as much as possible in our work. The business of interior design can be a wasteful one, and our goal is to be part of the solution and take care of our planet.
The firm’s principal designer, JC Riccoboni has enjoyed creating spaces for clients for over 15 years, locally and abroad. As a mother of two and lifelong Californian, her design approach focuses on understated elegance; creating unique, balanced, and high-quality interiors while maintaining a casual California vibe. She leads Journey Home Interiors with the knowledge that our surroundings are integral to our health and happiness, and a thoughtfully designed room can change your world.
